It is better to drink freshly squeezed juices apart from the food. It is good to drink a glass of juice between meals or at least half an hour before or after the meal. This is especially true about fruit juices, as they may enhance the fermentation processes in the stomach.

After drinking fresh juices, especially acidic, you need to rinse your mouth thoroughly. The fact that fruit acids can corrode the enamel. According to this factor,  the greatest risk is for children.
