That is why they stop eating and most of them dies due to the exhaustion of the whole body. It becomes very difficult for people, who suffer from anorexia to adjust to a normal diet.

Another eating disorder is quite the opposite from the anorexia. It is called obesity. This eating disorder is significant and quite serious too. People, who suffer from obesity, usually consume too much food. They are eating junk food, which is very high in calories, as well as the soft drinks, which are rich in sugar. They are not only eating big portions, but they also are eating when they are stressed or happy. As a result, they are always chewing something, which results in the fact that they are gaining a lot of extra weight. It may seem to you that there is nothing special in this eating disorder, but its consequences are very serious. Person, who weights too much, is inclined to cardiovascular diseases, heart attacks and problems with joints, because the pressure is too severe and they are constantly suffering and aching. People with extra weight are suffering a lot, as they are also being laughed at and they often become the objects of ridicule. That can negatively affect their mental well-being. When a person gains too much weight, it becomes difficult for him to lose weight and to keep fit. That is why, we should definitely reduce the consumption of junk food.

Healthy diet is one of the most important factors and ways to healthy life. If you have a good diet, you will never suffer from none of these eating disorders. Keep fir and always remember that you are what you it. So, if you eat healthy food- you will be healthy, but if you eat junk food- it may be difficult for you to avoid severe consequences provoked by the consumption of such food. One more important thing is that you should love yourself the way you are. If you love yourself, then you are happy and able to cope with any difficulties.
